my approach to pleasure

  1. make space

  2. be kind with yourself

  3. give yourself all the time you need

  4. explore your body

  5. take space.

Our sessions are a space to identify your belief systems and (if you want!) find new ones. It depends on your perspective - if you continue surviving or decide to live.

I'm happy to support you with questions, challenges and experiments to make new experiences and rewire your expectations towards yourself and life.

Sexuality is just one part of the whole complex system that is you.

My glasses are tainted by a

  • bio-psycho-social perspective.

    • considering you in the wider context of your relationships, culture, and past experiences

  • sex-positive perspective.

    • let's make it easy to talk about sex, as if it were talking about the weather

  • queer-positive perspective.

    • I see sexuality and queerness as a resource of joy

I draw from following methods

  1. cognitive-behavioral (working with challenges, changing current self-beliefs)

  2. psychodynamic (focussing on the relationship and how we have learned to relate to others across life)

  3. embodiment (what I feel in my body)

  4. mindfulness (how I judge and observe myself and others).

    • With other words: I am eclectic, as I believe all therapeutic methods have different strengths and weaknesses. By having a background in multiple I can adapt to what seems most fitting in the given situation.
